Staying at Joan’s place was one of those rare and beautiful experiences that stay with you. The house is just as described — even more beautiful in person, full of warmth and charm. But what truly made it special were Joan and his partner Alfred. They welcomed me with open arms, and from the very beginning, I felt more like a friend than a guest. We could talk about everything, and those conversations made the stay even more meaningful. They even invited me to join them for food, which was incredibly thoughtful and generous, and the food was awesome! Everything felt genuine, easy, and full of heart. I left feeling deeply grateful for the time we shared. This wasn’t just a place to stay; it was a truly unique experience I’ll always remember.

His description on the property as to how he approaches a guest is spot on. He will look after you, share time with you, share food with you exactly as you want. If you want space, he will give it. If you want company, he will be it. His place is both beautiful and amazing. The renovation is perfect down to the last detail. Could not recommend more!
